Last July my cousin and his wife lost a baby while 20+ weeks pregnant. They were able to hold this young child for only minutes before saying goodbye. They still struggle with this DAILY. Just yesterday they had a miscarriage while at 9 weeks along. No opportunity to say goodbye at all. Yet, they are experiencing the loss of a second child!! My cousin is doubting all faith and can not believe "His plan" that he countinues to be told about. I have never experienced such loss and all I can do it pray. I am praying for their trust in God's will. Please pray for this couple. They really really need all the prayer that they can get.

Please pray for my sister who is entering the first stages of insurance and government programs after the recent floods. She had over 3 foot of water in the main living area of her home, leaving her homeless for the past few weeks. The water has just receded and now picking up the pieces continues. She is a homeowner and is unsure the amount of damage she is not sure if the insurance will total the house out or how long it will take to fix the home, she is homeless now. Please pray for the insurance adjusters, her peace of mind and God's love and glory on all of those affected by the floods. Also could you pray for my family as we enter negotiations in a court case that has been going on way too long, please pray for the best outcome possible. I have totally given this over to God, and know that through him all things are possible. Thank you in advance and may God Bless you.

On Friday I asked for prayer because I was going in for another mammogram. Praise God there is nothing wrong. Thank you for Praying for me.

My dear friend has a husband with a drinking problem. And he makes her life, and their daughter's life, a living hell. I won't go into all the details but please would you pray for her husband to stop drinking. She and her daughter live in a tornado. They live with chaos 24 seven. Her husband won't admit he has a drinking problem. When he is not drunk, he's a nice guy and they get along good. But when he drinks, he acts very irresponsible and childish and rude. Thanks for praying.

Please pray for this sweet little 3 year old boy, his name is Chase. He had a cancerous brain tumor removed, had a break from chemo, but now has to get reinstalled with a chemo line which is painful and he's scared. I am trying to be patient and follow God's direction as I move through life...however it's tough. I'd like to ask for prayers that I can continue to see God's light and that either the changes I'm praying for will happen soon or God will give me the strength to move on. Thank you.

I have diabetes and I am not eating healthy, exerising or checking my blood sugar level. I went to the doctor and was prescribed an antidepressant. I am asking for prayers to give me motivation and energy to provide a healthy temple for our Lord. Thank you!

I can't begin to thank those who have prayed for my grandson, Ezra in the past. He began having seizures at 9 mos. due to abnormal blood vessels on the brain. He was life-flighted twice and has been in the hospotal 3 times. He has been on up to 4 strong medications, to keep his seizures at bay. He has been weaned off of one med. successfully and doctors gave the "go" to wean Ezra off a second one, beginning this week. Ezra has come a tremendously long way in the 5 months he has been seizure-free, and is almost walking. Please pray this adjustment goes well, and that he will not begin seizures again. (It causes mental/physical delays and could even cause blindness) The meds, have seemed to cause growth deficiency and he is small for his age. I know Jesus can heal, and ask that each day he will improve. Thanks so much. God bless, my brothers and sisters in Christ.

Our son, "J" who accepted the Lord at age 12, has gradually drifted so far that at age 22, he decided to live with his girlfriend. They are now expecting a child and things have gotten so stressful that today they broke up. They live out of state, and his Dad, brother, sister and I were planning on visiting them the last week of June. Please pray for a miracle in both their hearts. For solid committments to the Lord and His best plan in their lives, and that they will marry and raise this grandchild in a Godly home. I will address his girlfriend as "L" and his name "J". Please pray for their salvation, and that Satan will not destroy their relationship and future for this child. "L" is due in November. Thank you so much for your prayers. This makes me grieve. I thank God for your prayers.

Did you see in the news recently about the man who "announced he was gay" and got so much praise and news coverage plus a personal call from the President? I couldn't believe it. The Bible warns that in the last days, people will call the things God calls evil, "good," and the things God calls good, "evil." Though there are many examples of this twisting of right and wrong found in our world today--including lying and deceiving--other obvious examples include homosexuality, which God and the Bible calls evil . . . but now homosexuality is being presented as "good" (on TV, in movies, and in our schools) . . . yet simply posting the 10 Commandments in a public place, or individual, group, or national prayer, publicly spoken in the name Jesus Christ, which God and the Bible calls good, is being ridiculed and attacked as "evil". Isaiah 5:20 says "Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who put darkness for light, and light for darkness." We need to pray about these matters! It is super important. This has become an all-too-common story. My wife and I are living paycheck to paycheck and we're still not able to keep up with the bills. I know that God has us in His hand and it will get better. It is hard to keep the faith sometimes, though, and I fear my wife is losing her faith. I pray for patience while we wait on His solution in His time. I also ask for prayers that my wife's faith will be restored. Thank you.

Patti's Fender Bender: My friend Patti stopped at a garage sale and barely bumped a parked car with hers as she was leaving. Patti has a nice mustang; the other car is a piece of junk. It looks like it has been rolled 5 or 6 times. She is hoping they won't try to make her pay for old dents. She is worried. Would you pray about this? Patti did report the incident to the police and her insurance. Thanks!

Praises: We sell furniture using the internet (craigslist). We are retired, and it helps supplement our income. God has been blessing our socks off. A friend said "If you help me sell a full bed, I'll give you half." So we sold it in one day for $120 plus asked for a $20 delivery fee. That was a quick $60 for us and $60 for our friend. We kept the $20 delivery fee of course. The woman lived approx. 6 miles away so not too far but she lived on the 2nd floor of an apt. and it was very hard to wrangle it up there. We are in our 60s! Older than dirt! Or feel like it sometimes. I could not do much; too weak, bad knees. But the bed buyer helped my husband. Then, at 3 p.m. today (Sat.) we are selling a bed that is gently used but like new for $225. This price includes a frame and delivery to their home. They live about 11 miles from us. Okay here is the good news: we got the bed and frame FREE. A woman was moving and thanked us for taking it off her hands. Praise God. The free beds are like money in the bank. If clean and nice very sellable. Here in Oregon it is okay to sell "used" beds. Not sure how it is in other states. Then we just bought a beautiful bed for $50 that we listed right away for $250 for it's like brand new and super clean. I am pretty sure it will sell. The higher priced beds sometimes take a bit longer to sell. Don't sell in one day. But you just wait. Different clientelle.

Anyway, we have more stories but I already write too much! Just know that we are blessed. We had asked for God's favor and for help with finances. There must be some pretty powerful prayer warriors out there in WCIC land because WOW. Please pray now that our other 2 beds that have not sold yet will sell. The $ will help us pay bills. And sometimes I take a bit of the money we make and "reinvest" it. We dont always find FREE beds. Like the $50 bed we purchased today. It's like money in the bank. So if you are contemplating selling things through this internet sales channel but not sure about it, it is lucrative. Get pics; set the price fair; have a phone number or email; get ready to sell!!!! ~ A Pastor's Wife

My spouse had a lengthy affair several years ago that brought much hardship to our family. He repented and I forgave but I still after all this time have difficulty trusting. The other woman, although mostly removed is still near enough to cause hardship intentional and unintentional. Although I would like to believe I have forgiven her too, I still am easily engaged in negativity towards her when I think how she almost destroyed my family. Protecting our children is my main goal. I don't wish any harm to come to her but wish that a great opportunity could lead her farther away and more out of our lives and that of my spouses. I just want so desperately to feel trust and safe in our relationship. I long for it and most nights cry myself to sleep. My spouse tries, but does not do a very good job and placing a hedge around our marriage. Pray for me and my family and the other woman that we all could move on to a better place since this tragedy that occurred in our lives.
