I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer May 11th 2012. After 2 surgeries I was told everything looks positive. I am asking for prayers because a little over a week ago, I noticed a lump in my throat. My neck is also slightly swollen. I do not see the doctor until the end of June and at that time he will sono my neck. This appointment and sono were already planned. I talked with a nurse today, who told me she was concerned and that I should see my doctor. I am just praying that it is just nerves that has me worried. Although, if he does find something that God will give me the power to overcome cancer again. I will be 21 in October, and at this age I feel that I should not be going through this. Everyday I hear the words, stop worrying, you will be fine. I understand that but some days people do not understand how hard it is at my age. I pray for patience and wisdom. Thank you! NEVER GIVE UP HOPE!
