Electronic Giving

Electronic Giving allows your bank to automatically transfer your monthly gift to WCIC from your checking account, savings account, or credit card.

Here's how to enroll:

  • Download and print the PDF file
  • Provide your Name, Address, and Telephone number.
  • Indicate the amount of your "monthly donation" in the space provided.
  • Fill in your bank information and account number; then sign and date where indicated.
  • Mail the completed form with a voided check attached to: WCIC, Attn: Accounting, P.O. Box 140, Carlinville, IL 62626
