All eligible donors age 16 (with parental consent) and older are invited to attend. Pre-registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome! Summer is the time for kids to get up, get out and grow. But for some kids, exposure to activities that stimulate the body and mind ends with the school year. In fact, research shows that kids are prone to gain more weight and fall behind in studies. On April 26, the Y will celebrate Healthy Kids Day®, our national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids.

  • Producing epic events that create a shift in leadership practices.
  • Developing elegant content that drives action in the lives of users.
  • Constantly innovating to ensure freshness in our approach.

Who Do We Serve?

Leadercast is focused on building Leaders Worth Following. Leadership is not reserved for those with a 'C' in their title. We need better leaders in our communities, businesses, organizations, and in homes across the world. Leadercast exists to serve individuals and organizations across all sectors who want to become intentional about raising their standard of leadership.

What Do We Believe?

  • We believe that leaders should think and behave differently.
  • We believe that certain behaviors serve as the framework of a leader worth following:
    • Simplicity - brings clarity to the complex.
    • Creativity - fosters an atmosphere that allows others to dream.
    • Bravery - possesses a posture of unrelenting boldness.
    • Beyond You - leverages influence for the sake of others.
    • Insight - resolves to consistently do the wise thing.
    • Vision - moves towards a preferred future with little deviation.

Leadercast Blog — We're communicating about leadership in new ways. Our blog gives us the platform to speak our language to our tribe.

The Ethos of Leadercast:

As we produce content and events, we're constantly looking through the lens of what's epic, elegant and beautiful. These are not typically words that are associated with leadership development. Call us crazy, but we're convinced that producing awe-inspiring short films, commissioning artists to interpret our brand, and composing soul-quenching musical scores is just as important to the heart of a leader as the next best-selling leadership book, or must-tweet axiom.

We're human before we're leaders. Every piece of content we produce is aimed at the human heart. Every single event element we toil over is meant to connect with the ache inside that longs for something greater. We're focused on developing the core of the leader first believing that the principles that follow will take root, and a leader worth following will be the end result.
